HOME INSPECTION (FOR BUYERS & SELLERS)

BUYERS: WHY GET AN INSPECTION?

Usually when a potential buyer puts a purchase offer in on a home, it is contingent on having a professional home inspection done within 7-14 days. The Home Inspector will completely inspect every aspect of the home including grading of the lot, foundation, structure, floors, ceilings, walls, roof, all mechanical, A/C and heating systems, plumbing and electrical, windows, cabinetry, appliances, irrigation system, garage, attic, crawlspace, etc.

A good inspector then puts together a full color, professional, easy to read and understand report that includes plenty of pictures and diagrams. With this report the buyer will better understand the condition of the home and it’s needs or concerns and make a more informed decision on how to proceed.

SELLERS: WHY GET AN INSPECTION?

Sellers will often have their home inspected to find out in advance any potential issues of their home so they can address the issues prior to putting the home on the market. This inspection report can then be shown to potential buyers, who can then see that the issues found in the report were corrected. This often makes the home sell faster, easier and for a better price then other homes on the market.
